  • Covered 3,000 BIDU @ $191, profit $86,040

I covered BIDU position. There’s probably more room for a drop, but why wait longer than necessary? So I’ll take the profit and now probably remove a generous portion from my account and pay off the initial $50k I took out when refinancing my house and then put away some more for taxes. Or…. maybe I’ll do something really stupid and let it ride. HA HA… My Las Vegas friends would be disappointed if I didn’t let it ride.

  • Still holding the BIDU short

No updates.. I’m just looking at making a killing. Do you see BIDU dropping? Yep… that’s cash for me!

  • Short 3,000 BIDU @ $220

This is simple… too easy. I’m not making my stop too tight, as I think there might be a little more room upwards before the coming down move. The market is looking sort of positive, but I believe that’s more like simple shorts covering that caused the small run-up. There’s more room for devastation. I heard people are whispering depression instead of just recession. Wow.. that sucks.

  • Sold 3,000 BIDU, loss $3,990

I figured I wasn’t on the right side, but sort of assumed that was the safer of the two choices. Next time I hope to be luckier. For today though, I got to give away $3,990 from my account and will unfortunately end this week with a loss. Today’s loss actually marks many things as unique since redepositing into my account…

  • Buy 3,000 BIDU @ $206

It took a minute to fill my order (666 shares, 334 shares, and 2,000 shares) but I am in position for BIDU to make me some serious duckets! I entered the trade at $206.20, and have my stop already in place at $205.00, which is a quarter lower than the current daily low. I was going to wait for the bottom looking signal, but jumped ahead a little bit.

  • Dow 290 point swings make me sleepy

I wanted to short BIDU about a dozen different times today, but didn’t jump on any of the opportunities. The Dow was in the 8,000’s for a few moments today around noon, when most professional traders were getting ready to eat their steak and lobster lunches. The end of the day started showing a spike upward but eventually came down a little, finishing off only up 189 points.

  • Shy or just passive

I’m not forcing anything. I did that the other day in a semi-forced move and lost a couple bucks. Since I’m not forced to trade for a living, I’ll be slow in acting and only when I feel good about something. Right now I’m not able to properly guess the direction of stocks I would trade, so I’m being quiet. Since I know where BIDU is going tomorrow, I’ll probably act.

  • Covered 2,000 BIDU @ $242, profit $18,420

I didn’t pick the bottom, but I did could have picked much worse today. I’m finishing today’s trading day with a nice profit and with the satisfaction of knowing that I traded well one day and could trade well a second day. I’m sure some news came out today, but that’s not mattering for me right now because I made some money!

  • Short 2,000 BIDU @ $251

Not much to say about this move except the trend is going down so I’m following the trend on this one. I shorted the 2,000 shares and will risk $10k on this, so my stop is $5.00 above my entry point. Since the market is looking weak today, I’m hoping to make $5.00 on the stock and then cover if I don’t get too gready.

  • End of week + $18,735

The week saw some extreme actions by the major indices and even brough me down a bit. When you can take a retard down a little, that’s saying something. I felt like Cartman in the last South Park episode where Wendy beat the crap out of him.. definitely you should stop reading this garbage and take the time to watch the Breast Cancer Show Ever if you haven’t yet.
