I’m still watching and waiting
Another day, same thing for me. Watching the stock market move up and down without anything really panning out for my positions. After hours right now I got to see AAPL jump to the $170 area before coming back down to $162 and now back to $164. I’m not sure where it will end, but it will likely make some people happy and others pissed. As for Chitty, I’m not happy or pissed, yet.
Chitty came down a couple percent today, ending at $24.63 which isn’t really great news for me, but it is definitely better news than if they finished up today.
GS, same story there. A drop of$0.41 today isn’t going to make anything happen for my lone put position. Maybe tomorrow will be a dropping down day that lets GS come back to the mid-$170 area instead of pressing the $180’s.
A while ago I use to play earnings because the juice of the moment seemed to be exciting. These days I’m doing more programming at work and not able to do as many extra-curricular activities as I would like. I know that work pays the bills though, so I’m not against it. Just thinking how nice it would be to do something else… like watching others work instead.
