EOD without a sale

EOD without a saleI watched a lot of up market action today and realized that things weren’t going to drop until maybe tomorrow, so I waited patiently until near the day’s end just to hold the cash in my account until it was time to let it go. Since my C puts were down over $1k and I don’t take a loss well, I decided to hold onto them another day and see what happens…

Of course I know that I could be losing all the money on them that I have. That’s what options are all about, being able to give away money quickly or slowly, yet still being able to give it away. And while I don’t like to give away money, looking at my recenly drop with C puts you could imagine that I seem good at it even if I don’t like doing it.

The market had some good strength today and a lot of indicators show that there’s a few lines broken which might signal strength for the near future. yawning So let’s see what happens while I hold onto my C puts and start counting the profits.
