Today was quiet on the trading front

There was enough movement up and down for people to make money or just lose it. If you had traded the ebb and flow, you would be in a tide where you could collect seashells. Without the knowedge of when high tide and low tide starts, you would have been thrown around like a seal playing with killer whales.

Because I was too busy watching lots of people walk aroud the office today to pay attention to the market, I missed the market action from the opening to the closing of the day. I’m pretty sure I only missed out on making a bad trade somewhere.

Here’s a catching up of my positions:

And of course, the account value now:

I’m curious… anyone else on the Internet truly show you their full account value in a trading account like this? I haven’t found one yet, but would be interested in seeing it. Full disclosure Timmy?

  1. I could copy and paste all my broker reports but i got too much other stuff to do. instead i let covestor tap into my brokerage account:

    http://www.covestor.com/mbr/timothysykes

try it out, save time and compare your numbers with everyone else. for all my mistakes–and there many–i’m #1 out of a few hundred people on that site

  3. Timothy, you are a unique individual and have shown much more information than other’s for your previous financial position. But looking at what you have on covestor doesn’t show me your current account value. Do I need to subscribe to their site in order to see something that could be just plainly put on your website?

The process of making a copy/paste of a screen shot only takes 20 seconds, so I’m not sure that signing up for something and asking others to sign up for it also would be a better idea.

Keep up the good posting though, I’ll keep reading.

Fiaz, thanks for agreeing.. I’ll keep showing it all.
