No trading for me today. I’m still waiting for my account change to take place.. hmm.hmm.hmm.. just waiting here. Guess MBTrading doesn’t read this and won’t care that I’m waiting. Nice. R-E-S-P-E-C-T, none of that comes to me.
I’ve decided that there isn’t enough risk with just options, so I’m going to be adding functionality to trade things like futures (DJI, grains, etc…). This should add some more fun and increase the likelihood that I’ll lose money.
Yeppers. I owe it all to a quarter. Damn, I’m thinking that I’ll start charging for a quarter flip. Anyway, today was good to some and probably not to others… I’m glad that I’m some and not others.
Since I’m just talking to myself mostly (though my co-worker is subjected to my ramblings too) I figured that I would allow a United States quarter to decide my trade. Yes, I’m really that much of a retard. I flipped a coin to decide to buy calls or puts, risked about 90% of my account total, and than let Bernanke do the heavy lifting.
I guess the readership to this blog isn’t enough yet. Yet. I put out a post earlier today about how I would buy puts in some stock that someone recommended. No recommendation. Looks like I’ll have to close my eyes and just point to a stock to buy puts on myself.
I took the slight up on C (Citigroup) and sold my calls and made a little profit. Nothing to be bragging about, but again, any win is better than a loss. This was a quick 32% profit, I wish I could do this everyday.
I’ve decided that the market is going to be down today, so whatever someone tells me to buy puts in I’m going to do it. I’ll wait until 10:00 am EST in order to make the buy. You decide what I buy!
FFH (Fairfax Financial Holdings) converted something into something, but it just looks to me like lots of options went out and at pricing that makes me wonder why there’s som much money around and I don’t have an infinitesimal amount of it - yet.
Today was a good day. Any day that I don’t end in the red is a good day. Actually, sometimes when I do end up losing money, it’s not as bad as it could have been.
Sometimes when I look for an option to buy, I actually think about things that are easy for a retard like myself to remember. In this case, a single letter. C. Citigroup is not only a big company, but all the employees hate vegetables, just like me!
